General Shipping Info

Orders are processed Monday - Saturday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow the steps below to track your order from your account:

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Login to your TINTARK account.

Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.

If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

 

North America

About 7-15 Working Days.

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on tintark.com will be processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.

Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.

 

Europe & UK

About 10-20 Working Days.

 

Asia Pacific

About 7-15 Working Days.

 

Latin America

About 10-20 Working Days.
