How do I use a coupon code?

When you have found all the items you want, click on the bag icon at the top right of your screen. Below the list of your items in the shopping cart, you will see a box labelled "Gift card or discount code". Enter it here
Paste your coupon code into this box and click "Add" to apply the discount.

1. Do you keep my information?

When permission is granted, tintark.com saves account information when the user elects to create an account. Without this granted permission, information is not stored or saved except to process a submitted order with the pertinent information, i.e. billing and shipping delivery information and the ordered products.

tintark.com does not keep credit card information.

2. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Don’t worry, if you visit our log-in page and select 'Forgotten your password?' then you can enter the email address registered and we will send you instructions on how to get this reset.

3. How do I unsubscribe ?

If you no longer want to receive TINTARK emails, then you can login to your account and select the ‘Email Preferences’ option to make this change.

4. How safe is online shopping with Tintark?

It's safer than ever! We use one of the most secure online ordering systems and are constantly improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times. 1. Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals and we do not retail in any country that requires animal testing.

2. Are your products vegan?

Our line is 100% vegan.

3. Are your products gluten-free?

Many of our products are gluten-free, but we produce and store all of our products in the same facility. As a warning to people with extreme allergies, we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, but there is always the possibility of coming into contact with ingredients containing gluten. Transparency is important to us, and you can find a list of ingredients for each product on the packaging or on the product pages of our website. Please check the ingredient lists of each product before use.

4. Are your products organic or natural?

TINTARK uses many certified organic, natural or naturally sourced ingredients, but we also use some safer synthetic ingredients. It is important to note that "organic" and "natural" have no legal meaning in the cosmetics industry: Companies can claim that a product is organic, but buy it with no or only a few certified organic ingredients. Many products in the cosmetics industry also claim to be healthy: "hypoallergenic," "natural," or "medically approved" come to mind. Unfortunately, many of these terms are meaningless.

5. Are your products colorants safe?

The use of colorants in cosmetics is increasingly being questioned. In general, we believe there is a good reason for this. Some colorants are associated with health problems, and many are overused. We do not believe that food or beverages should be colored, or that skin care products such as lotions need to be colored. In creating our color cosmetics - products whose sole purpose is to add color to the skin - we have researched the use of only natural colorants (minerals, carmine, vegetable powders).

6. Are the glitter powders contained in your products biodegradable?

Yes, it is biodegradable.

7. I may be allergic to your product! What should I do?

Each of our products has a complete list of ingredients. We recommend that you check our product ingredient list before purchasing. We hope this information is helpful to you!

8. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are filled and packaged in China. Most of the raw materials in our formulations are sourced from world-renowned suppliers such as BSIF, SUN CHEMICAL, DUPONT, Givaudan, etc. All raw materials meet the tests and requirements of Europe and America.

9. Are the fragrance in your cosmetics pure and natural?

Fragrances are an important part of our identity, something that makes us who we are. Most of our products contain essential oils, but even our mildest products are scented because the ingredients themselves are scented. To remove that fragrance and be truly "fragrance-free," we would have to introduce more synthetics, which is not the direction our company wants to go at the moment.

10. Do you have test reports for your products?

Our products have been tested by professional authorities and have product test reports.

11. Do products contain preservatives?

12. How does tintark keep their prices low and provide high quality?

We value quality instead of expensive advertising. We do not create expensive print or TV advertising with models or celebrities. Instead, we invest in the development of high-quality, innovative products at a constant level. We prove every day that trend awareness and excellent quality is not a question of price.

14. How do I know if my products are fresh? When is the expiration date?

All of our products are packaged with the manufacturing and expiration dates indicated on the packaging. For more details, please refer to our shelf life page.

15. The item I ordered is out of stock. When it will be restored?

If the product you want is out of stock, please contact us, and we will arrange a restocking as soon as possible.


1. Will I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. A good idea is to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges you weren't expecting. You will be responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on items returned to us that are faulty or unsuitable.

3. Where is my purchase shipped from?

We will choose our delivery address according to your delivery address so that you can receive your purchase in the shortest possible time.

4. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please include your order number in the returned package. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return labels are at the expense of the customer. Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time the items are received at our warehouse. 5. Does TINTARK ship to P.O. boxes?

No,TINTARK does not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

2. How do I track my orders? 

① Login to your TINTARK account. ② Click Track My Shipment next to the order status. ③ If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

3. What do I do if my item is faulty after I have used it?

We are very sorry you have received a faulty item in your order. If this was not due to misuse or abuse of the product, please return this to us for a full refund. We will refund, via the original method of payment, the price paid for the item on the receipt.

4. How do I make a complaint?

We try to make sure that you're happy with all of the services we provide at Tintark, in the event that you need to complain, email service@tintark.com and we'll do our best to make you happy again!

5. I typed in my wrong address and need to change it.

If you find that your address is incorrect, please chat with us or email our customer service team at service@tintark.com. We will do our best to help you change your address. Unfortunately, if your product has already been shipped, we cannot change your address.

6. Can I make changes to my cart before paying?

Yes, click on the ‘Cart’ icon at the top of the page, and you’ll be able to see the item (s) you have in there so far.
Use the + button to stock-up on your favorite items, or the – button if you’ve selected too many.

7. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us in a timely manner. We will then cancel your order free of charge. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped and the goods have left our warehouse, we will have to charge you a handling fee as we have already started processing your order as soon as it has been created.

8. If I received a faulty/incorrect/ damaged item. What should I do?

We're really sorry that this has happened as we aim to provide quality items to all of our customers.
To speed up the process, it would be very helpful if you could find the information below before contacting us. Don't worry if you can't, we can help you once you contact us. If you find a problem, please don't throw away any items related to the product, and we may ask you to provide us with photos of damaged items to ensure we take steps to prevent this from happening again.
If you have any problems with a damaged/lost/incorrectly shipped item, please provide us with the following relevant evidence:
Order number
Name of the product
Details of the error/incorrect item ordered/damaged item
Pictures to prove the error (if applicable)
Once we've investigated the error, we'll email you to let you know how we'll proceed.

9. Can I change my payment method after I have placed my order?

If you want to change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your order and place a new order with the correct payment method.

We want you to be satisfied with your tintark.com purchase. You may return or exchange tintark.com merchandise for a 100% money-back guarantee, within 30 days of your order. Online purchase returns will receive a refund of the price of the product and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. 2. What if my return items get lost on the way to you?

If for some reason you do not receive your refund, it may be possible that we never received your return. We would always advise you to get proof of postage when returning items. Please contact our customer service team who can look into this for you.  service@tintark.com

3. When will I receive my refund?

Depending on how fast your postman is, it can take up to 10-20 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 30 days. In most cases, this will be sooner. (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control)

4. How do I make a return?

Please contact us online or by email service@tintark.com before you want to return it. After you receive our return confirmation, arrange for the return. Products purchased on our website can be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Please read our refund policy for more details.

5. Are returns free?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges on orders. Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. For more information, please contact our support team service@tintark.com.
